Помогите пожалуйстаa1119970410 или a1119970210 2шт. штифты
Подскажите как снимаются эти штифты ??
по elcats
на картинке под номером 23 одна штука и такой же штифт и для 11 детали
чтоб снять направляющею цепи и планку успокоителя цепи, просто так снять не получается упираются в головку
или надо снимать головку обязательно ?

When I bought the car (October 2009. with 250.000km) there was no cold start knocking. But, due to head gasket oil leak, I had to change:
- head gasket
- valve seals
- chain (new MercedesBenz)
- belt
- engine oil Mobil Super 2000 10W40 and oil filter
After 10 months I have noticed this cold start knocking.
In november 2011. I have changed:
- hydraulic tapets (all 16 pcs replaced with new INA)
- hydraulic chain tensioner (new MercedesBenz, without end part)
- belt tensioner damper strut (in August 2011.)
Cold start knocking remain the same.
In August 2013:
- I tried to change the chain tensioner and it's end piece (from another engine which has no problem) and cold start knocking remain the same.
In november 2013 .:
- changed belt tensioner + roller
- switched from Mobil Super 2000 10W40 to Mobil 1 New Life 0W40 engine oil
After oil switch, when it is warm outside, higher than 10 degrees, there is no cold start knocking. Below that cold start knocking is more silent than with Mobil Super 2000 10W40 engine oil and it disappears after 30 seconds.
I drive this car for 165.000km (total 415.000km) with no problem, but I did not find a solution for cold start knocking.
I also think that the problem is with the non-return valve for the chain tensioner (A 1041800432 or A1041800332 ) which prevents oil leak from the chain tensioner reservoir while the engine is not running for a while.

Did you solve the problem?
Was it difficult to remove the front timing case?
