Всем привет ребят, готовлю мурза к покраске дак вот такой вопрос как снять крышку люка без потерь по подробнее и резиновый уплотнитель люка.

А что значит без потерь?
подымаешь крышку вверх, откручиваешь 4 гайки, вынимаешь из направляющих (направляющие кнопкой возвращаешь в закрытое состояние)и дальше сдвигая назад крышку ,ищешь место где она выйдет свободно.
Ну а резинку когда снимешь крышку, будет уже видно как снимать

от черт, забыл вначале сдвигаешь ее назад, чтобы сдернуть обшивку люка. Клипсы 4 шт находятся спереди крышки, чтоыб вынуть обшивку нужно ее придержать рукой, а крышку полностью открыть кнопкой, а дальше обшивка вытаскивается снаружи машины через люк

а если люк совсем не работает как его разобрать потолок полностью снимать что ле?

Вот именно так,по другому ни как...

если не открывается нужно подковырнуть обшивку люка со стороны плафона каким-нибудь крючком, отщелкнуть 4 пистона, сдвинуть обшивку назад и доступ для разбора откроется. нужно быть аккуратным, можно покоцать обшивку, но это лучше, чем снимать весь потолок

While the Mercedes-Benz W201 models are not known to have excessive issues with the sunroof, there are some basic maintenance and adjustment procedures that will help to keep your sunroof working in tip-top shape.

 

First things first: you will need to be able to do is open and close the sunroof. If your sunroof is stuck in the open position and will not move, there is an emergency access panel in the trunk that will allow you to manually close the sunroof. Open the trunk and on the driver side above the wheel well is a small access panel; open this and you will see two knobs. One is spindled and used for final adjustments and the other is a plastic 16mm nut. Using a 16mm socket you can turn this one direction or the other to open or close the roof as needed.

 

All of the adjustment issues involve removing the headliner panel on the sunroof. Begin by opening the sunroof 1/3 of the way. Gently pull the headliner down and away from the roof panel and you will see four clips that hold the front of the headliner to the panel. Pry these clips out of their holes with your trim removal tool. With the four clips undone, move the sunroof all the way back. Standing in one of the open doors, pull the headliner forward and out of the top of the sunroof opening.

 

To remove the roof panel, slide the roof all the way open. Remove the four screws on both sides of the rail and remove the rail strip. Close the roof and remove the two 8mm nuts holding the panel to the rail assembly. There are two nuts on each side. You can now lift the panel straight up and out of the roof.

 

There are two adjustments for the centering and height of the roof panel. On the front you will see two 8mm adjustment bolts on each side as well as three 8mm bolts on the rear. Loosen these bolts and you can adjust the panel.
